Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Severn Beach, Bristol

Salary: £31,500 + Shift Pay

Shifts: 06:00-14:30 & 10:30-19:00 (Split between earlies and lates)

About the Company: We are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.

About the Role: You will lead and motivate a team, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Coordinate team schedules to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Operate and manage forklift and warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

• MUST have: A full 5-year clean work history and DBS check.
• Counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years).

Required Skills: Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Skills: Reach truck licence and X-ray operator experience (training available).
