Client Advisor Mandarin Speaker M/F - London Soho

STONE ISLAND is currently looking for a full-time (Mandarin speaker) Client Advisor to join our London Soho team.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Our Client Advisor will oversee and lead sales in the store with a constant focus on maintaining optimal performance levels and efficiency.

The responsible sales associate ensures the maintenance and proper appearance (restocking, visual merchandising, cleanliness) of the store, in accordance with company and department store standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain the quality standards required by the brand/department store.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand image within the department store.
• Welcome, advise, and assist in sales to international and local customers.
• Present the Stone Island universe by describing the collections in detail.
• Offer personalized advice and meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensure the store looks good from a visual merchandising perspective in accordance with company/department store policies and standards.
• Keep the store and stockroom organized, receive goods, and prepare returns at the end of the season.
• Handle after-sales service and follow-up with customers.
• Ensure that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and sales processes, in general, are handled appropriately.
• Adhere to internal procedures and assist the management team in complying with and overseeing these procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales roles in Fashion Retail / Hospitality or an interest in/following fashion-related courses; experience in luxury and contemporary retail is a plus.
• Strong commercial skills, availability, responsiveness.
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Very good interpersonal skills and good listening ability.
• Service-oriented, team spirit, able to work independently.
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility to work on weekends.
• Fluency and sophistication in English and Mandarin; another language is a plus
• Your appearance and demeanor align with the brand's style.
• Openness to new technologies.
