Qualifications
* Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
* Experience in the payroll, recruitment, or staffing industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of compliance regulations in the payroll industry
