Job Title: Senior SAP Recruiter (360)

Location: Swindon / Hybrid

Working arrangements: 38.5 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.

About the Role:

We’re expanding our highly successful Logistics and Supply Chain recruitment team and are seeking a Senior SAP Recruiter with expertise in SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) or SAP MM (Materials Management) modules. However, we are open to recruiters with experience in any SAP modules. This is a 360-degree recruitment role where you'll be responsible for both client acquisition and candidate engagement, focusing on delivering talent solutions within the SAP space.

As a Senior or Principal 360 Recruiter, you’ll develop strong relationships with warm clients and target new business opportunities, striving to deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• 360 Sales: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement, focusing on new business and delivering superior experiences for SAP candidates and clients.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, engage, and manage candidates skilled in SAP modules (SCM, MM preferred, but all modules are welcome) using our CRM, job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews to assess SAP professionals’ technical skills, experience, and team fit.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand SAP requirements and provide strategic insights on the market.
• Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of SAP talent for both current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop tailored recruitment strategies that resonate with the SAP community and support clients in the logistics and supply chain sectors.
• Employer Branding: Promote Outsource UK as a trusted partner and employer of choice through various channels, including social media and industry events.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and analytics to track performance and continually refine recruitment practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, preferably with a focus on SAP modules, especially SCM and MM.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage SAP professionals and clients effectively.
• Proactive: Driven and self-motivated, with a passion for winning new business and securing top SAP talent.
• Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks within the SAP and broader IT community.
