Job Description
IMH Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Telephone Sales Executive based in Rotherham
Responsibilities:
* Improve sales of company products and services to existing and new customers.
* Maintain the customer database
* Cold calling new leads
* Preparing quotations for customers
* Follow up on quotations
* Update the customer notes after any contact
* Order entry and check orders for errors
* Identify and respond to positively to any customer queries or complaints
* Communicate new product and service opportunities
* Work with internal company colleagues to complete tasks to improve and maintain sales
* Participate and contribute to special sales campaigns to reduce stock
* Attend marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events if requested.
Person Specification:
* The ability and desire to sell
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident and Determined approach
* Resilience to rejection
* Team Worker
Requirements:
Full Driving Licence
Ideally the candidate will have sold products to trade customers and to the industrial sectors.
Hours and Pay:
Basic of £26,000 – £28,000
Monthly Bonus
OTE of £40,000 Annually
Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5pm
24 days holiday
Extra holidays dependant on length of service – upto a maximum of 29 holiday days
