Job Description
Job Title: Employee Engagement Partner
Salary: £56-62,000pa
Location: Surrey (two days per week in office)
JGA are partnered with a very well-known food retail company seeking an Employee Engagement Partner.
The successful candidate will have extensive employee engagement experience with knowledge of delivery of engagement surveys and platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Managing Employee experience surveys.
Partnering with Customer experience.
Participating in regional L&D initiatives.
Working on change management plans.
Working closely with HR Business Partnering teams.
Delivering training to enable Managers to enhance employee experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven experience in team leadership.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
