Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location : Birchwood, Warrington (WA3)
Salary : £13.50 per hour
Hrs :- Monday- Thursday 08:30- 17:00, Friday 08:30- 16:00
Contract : Temporary with a view to going permanent for the right candidate
Our client, a well-established company based within the Birchwood area are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Your role will be to help and support the finance team by ensuring that financial processed are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant
Carrying out general office duties necessary to ensure of continuity of the day to day running of the UK office.
Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely manner
Daily reviewing and data entering of Purchase Ledger invoices.
Producing invoices and processing PO's
Reviewing statements and payments and raising any discrepancies
Maintaining Operations and Maintenance Documents
ADHOC ordering of office supplies.
The successful Accounts Assistant will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working within a similar role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive approach
