We are expanding our online presence and looking for a passionate and experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team.


Role Overview:

As the Senior E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and grow the Really Wild Clothing brand. You will report to both the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing, ensuring alignment between sales goals and marketing strategies. You will lead the e-commerce team and work cross-functionally with various departments to optimize our online platform, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:


1. E-Commerce Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals to maximize online sales and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site management, product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, customer behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.


2. Website Management:

  • Manage the website's functionality, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Work with web developers and designers to enhance site usability, including navigation, product display, checkout processes, and mobile optimization.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects the brand's identity and messaging.


3. Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, pay-per-click (PPC), and affiliate marketing.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.


4. Customer Experience:

  • Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices for customer service, product recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to improve site usability, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


5. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and the sharing of ideas.
  • Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.


6. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Really Wild Clothing at the forefront of e-commerce.



Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems (CMS).

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of the Really Wild Clothing brand.
