Description
- Analyze opportunities in a specific geographic area and develop a customized business plan to maximize market expansion.
- Create new relationships, expand on existing relationships and educate targeted healthcare clients on the services offered by the organization.
- Pursue targets that are large in scale or have the potential to be large in scale.
- Develops a strategy to increase the organization's visibility within the community and with various trade associations.
- Has a responsibility to sell Uniti Med's full suite of staffing solutions and healthcare services.
- Will collaborate with all appropriate departments and divisions to ensure implementation is a success.
- Develops a comprehensive strategy based on the business potential of the area, needs of the community, and the capability of the sales divisions.
- Spends a portion of time engaging with customers in-person at conferences to educate on the services, features, and benefits of the company as a healthcare provider
- Establishes new account relationships and acts as consultant to strengthen our partnership.
- Analyzes needs of customer to create customized proposals that differentiate our service offerings in the market.
- Aligns strategy with the Director of Business Development and sales division leaders for a shared business strategy and vision.
- Achieves budgeted financial targets.
- Educates customers on the various business lines of Uniti Med
- Collaborates with the division sales leaders to ensure our recruiting strategy is aligned with sales pipeline for successful delivery.
- Continuously seeks to improve business development processes
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrate ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills, including a track record of creating and maintaining trust with C-level executives.
- Strong technical, financial, analytics, conceptual skills.
- A desire to thrive in our team-based sales model.
- The ability to have strategic, conceptual conversations with buying executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency and experience in public speaking
- Ability to work creatively, independently, and be self-motivated
- Some travel may be required (10% of time)
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple departments
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- 2 Years of Experience Client Managing or Account Management in Healthcare Staffing preferred.
- Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration; or licensed RN
- Demonstrated experience in account management or sales within healthcare consulting or workforce planning / optimization.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
