Job Description

Your new company You will be joining a a family owned group of companies in the real estate business since the 1920's. They own and operate their own Residential and Commercial buildings across the GTA. They are a growing organization who are looking to add top talent to their ranks as they continue their progression. Your new role As the Property Administrator, you will be working out of a Head Office based out of North York / Toronto, ON. A Hybrid Work Model that allows 2 days WFH is available. You will provide customer service and support to Tenants, Residents and Superintendents. You will create, organize, edit and maintain property, tenant and related documentation, including the following: Prepare and distribute all communication and notices to tenants (N1, N4, N8 etc.) Prepare and distribute necessary monthly reporting and analysis (A/R, collection etc.) Collect monthly rent and communicate with delinquent tenants as required Contribute to commercial leases, amendments, renewals and assignments What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate must have previous experience within BOTH Residential and Commercial Property Administration. The ideal candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in Yardi Voyager, the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord and Tenant Board procedures is required. What you'll get in return In return for this position, the successful candidate will be receive a compensation package ranging between $55,000 - $65,000 3 weeks vacation to start Benefits and Pension.
