ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster for Commercial Lines, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional claims service by efficiently investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling wide range of claims in accordance with established best practices. ABOUT THE POSITION Manage large and complex casualty and liability claims such as CGL, commercial auto, D&O, E&O, professional liability, and more. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and setting clear expectations. Proactively resolve claims efficiently through critical thinking and problem-solving. Thoroughly investigate and document claims, conducting coverage reviews. Maintain quality standards by documenting communications and reviewing information. THE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial Casualty Claims Adjusting Experience in managing complex files in litigation Knowledge of MS Office CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset COMPENSATION $85,000 - $100,000 base salary depending on relevant experience target bonus Health benefit plan Pension plan Paid vacation personal days Hybrid work schedule HOW TO APPLY Please apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
