ABOUT THE POSITION Your main job duties will include: Performing move-in and move-out inspections with tenants, as needed Coordinating all aspects of the move-in/out inspections from scheduling, coordination of trades (cleaning and repairs etc.) Creating and maintaining building records (organize binders, drawings, building plans, etc.) Coordinating maintenance requests from tenants, scheduling repairs with maintenance staff of external contractors, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues Streamline procurement of inventory across all properties and assists with coordination of preventative maintenance programs Assisting the Property Manager with securing quotes and contacting trades, contractors, or suppliers if required (including ordering of parts and appliances) Assistance with deficiencies for new properties Preparation and participation in any Residential Tenancy Board hearings Overseeing rent collection processes, including monitoring payment schedules, issuing rent reminders, and following up on late or outstanding payments THE REQUIREMENTS 1 years experience in the Property/ Real Estate industry Excellent communication skills COMPENSATION $60,000 - $62,000 per annum 3 weeks vacation Extended health and dental Health spending account RRSP matching Sick days Discretionary Bonus HOW TO APPLY Please apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
