2025 Insurance, Winter Data Analyst (8 months)

Job Summary As a Group Annuity, Data Analyst, you will provide support to RBC Insurances Group Annuity Line of Business. Job Description What will you do? Work within a dynamic environment where you are encouraged to aid in process improvement and work with autonomy. Develop processes and procedures for annuity administration support. Maintain and develop internal relationships. Input and analyze group annuity data. Perform ad-hoc reporting for internal/external use as needed. Investigate instances of data integrity problems and initiate corrective actions. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics Excellent working knowledge using VBA, Python and R Programming Experience with End User Reporting Tools (ex. Tableau) Other programming skills considered an asset ie. SQL Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access Analytical Thinking Nice-to-have Actuarial or pension knowledge/experience Please note : In order tobe eligible for these student positions, you must either: Bereturning backto school after the work term end-date; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e.are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully Whats in it for you?
