Our engineering team is committed to great ethics and most of our teammates are core contributors to OpenSource projects such as CPython, Postgres or Terraform.

About the role


Lenstra is currently helping multiple major companies (> 3 B$ revenue) setting up their self-service Data Platform. Our scope of work encompasses developing the Data Platform product vision taking into account our client’s strategic goals and existing technological environment, and then implementing the Data Platform including its deep integration with our client’s IT, security and legal requirements.

In this context we are looking for passionate Delivery Manager to join our team (freelancers are welcome), to help:

  • Collect and challenge business needs from different domains (customer, product, supply chain)
  • Plan and implement a roadmap with your technical team
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders

Location: Paris, remote 2 days/week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and challenge their needs.
  • Foster dynamic collaboration with technical teams to ensure agile, efficient product development and delivery, embodying flexibility and responsiveness to change.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
  • Champion the integration of customer feedback, ensuring products evolve in response to user insights and needs.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, fostering an environment where bold ideas and creative solutions are welcomed and explored.

Skills needed for the role:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools, facilitating efficient workflows.
  • Develop and maintain empathy, understanding user needs and perspectives deeply.
  • Display a relentless drive for delivering value, overcoming obstacles to achieve goals.
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, capable of handling data manipulation and analysis tasks.
  • Agile mindset, adaptable to changing project requirements and business needs.
  • Visionary thinking, capable of identifying future trends and integrating them into current projects.
  • Leadership qualities, able to guide and inspire teams towards achieving project milestones.
  • Proficiency in English and French language.
  • Preference of supply chain or retail background experience.


Our recruitment process consists in 3 interviews:

  • 1 introductory call with the recruiter
  • 1 use case interview
  • 1 final discussion with the client
