Job Title: Temporary PlumberLocation: Colchester, UKDuration: 3 MonthsEmployment Type: Full-timeRate: Up to £23/hour
Your new roleWe are seeking plumbers to join a local social housing maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties. Your primary focus will be plumbing, but you may also be involved in minor tiling, plastering, and decorating tasks.
As a plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, including:Fault finding and diagnosticsPlanned and reactive maintenanceRepairing taps, toilets, sinks, and leaksAdhering to strict health and safety regulationsProviding exceptional customer serviceCompleting repairs efficiently and within specified timeframes
Essential Requirements: City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)Clean, full UK driving licenceStrong understanding of health and safety regulationsExcellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied propertiesPassion for delivering high-quality repairsPunctuality, reliability, and proficiency with small handheld tools
Preferred: Experience with social housing maintenanceOwn van and tools
