Theatre Nurse (Scrub) - Central London

Full time

Salary: £38,000

A state-of-the-art private hospital in Central London is looking for a Scrub nurse who takes pride in their work and provides exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will be based at a London Hospital Theatre department and will:

• Be a qualified nurse/ODP registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council/HCPC with an up to date PIN number.
• Work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct/HCPC Standards of conduct and other professional guidelines.
• Provide assistance to surgeons/anaesthetist/nursing/ODP as required
• Act as a member of the surgical team either as a scrub or circulating practitioner
• Work with surgical staff to ensure correct patient positioning for operating procedures

Requirements

• Have right to work in UK, as hospital does not offer sponsorship.
• Have at least 1 year of UK experience in a theatre scrub role
• Evidence of Clinical competence
