Role – Year 2 Class Teacher
Location – Hitchin
Employment Type – Part Time
Contract Type – Fixed Term Maternity Cover
Salary – £120.00 - £180.00 per day PAYE
Start Date – November 2024

The role –
We are looking for an inspirational and motivated teacher to join this school from November 2024 on a part time basis to cover maternity leave. We are looking for a teacher to work a 2 days per week on a Thursday and Friday
We are looking for someone who:
* is an outstanding practitioner and has the motivation and tenacity to ensure high standards of education for all pupils.
* has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to giving every child the opportunity to reach their full potential.
* is able to motivate pupils and build positive relationships to ensure children grow in confidence and have a passion for learning.
* values the importance of parent partnership and actively seeks to build links to better the outcomes for all pupils.
* has an understanding of the importance of Early Years provision in year 1.
* is a reflective practitioner and is committed to their own professional development in order to better their own practice.
* is a team player and has strong communication skills
