Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Engineer to join our team in the North of England, covering the Bristol, Bath and Swindon areas. As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot security system issues
Carry out routine maintenance and perform repairs on security equipment
Document all service calls, updates, and maintenance activities accurately
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and security system technology
Provide technical support to clients and offer advice on security system operation
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full driving license for travel within the designated area
Experience working with security system brands such as Honeywell, Galaxy, Milestone, Pelco, and C-Cure
Day-to-day
Responding to service calls and addressing security system issues
Documenting updates, maintenance activities, and service calls
Collaborating with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
Providing technical support and advice to clients
Staying updated on industry standards and security system technology
