Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Soho

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the daily operations of our client's quick service venue. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service, manage staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring high standards of service.
Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, including stock management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities. Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
