Location: Hybrid (Home / Glasgow Head Office, Caledonia House, Lawmoor Street, G5 0US)
Contract type: Temporary
Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday

Here's what you can expect to be doing:

Posting vacancies for areas of the business on the recruitment system, ensuring adverts are both accurate and engaging.
*
Issuing Offer letters & Employment Terms and Conditions, ensuring absolute accuracy and flagging any concerns to the OB Lead Administrator.
*
Process DBS checks with the National Security Screening Agency where applicable.
*
Process successful applicants from the recruitment system to City’s people system, ensuring accuracy throughout all conversions.
*
Processing changes to employees Terms and Conditions, updating the people system and payroll with accurate information.
*
Update and maintain internal trackers with accurate information.
*
Build rapport across all stakeholders, ensuring a reliable and friendly service is offered to all customers.
*
Work towards the achievement of all SLAs.

Knowledge or previous experience working within recruitment or on-boarding
*
Good working knowledge of Working Time Directive and UK Right to Work regulations
*
Good working knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
*
Excellent customer service skills
*
Excellent communication skills

Time-management skills
*
Ability to work under pressure
