Job Description
Ideally the successful candidate will have retail fit out and / or Education & Healthcare experience, preferably from a joinery / building background.
Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
Must be able to deliver a complete project from inception to handover.
Must have excellent client relationship / communication skills.
Experience in valuations, variations and invoicing preferable.
JCT contract experience preferable
