Job Description
Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with Intelligent Pensions Limited in their search for a permanent Finance Manager.
The Role
This opportunity has arisen due to the impending retirement of the current finance manager in this role. This is a part time finance manager opportunity, minimum 3 days per week and flexible as the role progresses.
You will have responsibilities as the finance manager and company secretarial duties.
Role Requirements:
- Control of the finance/ accounting function
- Preparation of monthly management accounts reporting to the board
- Preparation of year end accounts and liaising with the company's auditors
- Preparation of budgets/ forecasts as required
- Control of banking and cash flow management
- Administration of out-sourced payroll
- Payment of salaries and other costs
- Completion of half-yearly FCA returns and other reports as they arise
- All company secretarial services, annual confirmation returns, maintaining shareholder records etc
Key Skills and Experience
- Qualified accountant CA,ACA,ACCA or CIMA
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other individuals within the business
