Salary:

£26000 + Bonus

As a Showroom Consultant based in Ipswich (IP3 8DD) you''ll be responsible for:

• Working in a high paced sales role so it is important you are able to adapt to situations occurring in the workplace whilst also meeting deadlines
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering recommendations for suitable products.

  • Completing various warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, handling deliveries, and maintaining high standards of merchandising throughout the branch.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous bathroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided

• Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.

• Enthusiasm and a willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

• A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority.

• Computer illiterate and a basic understanding of computer systems
