Permanent Project Manager
Location: Northampton (Projects across Northampton, Aylesbury, Luton, Milton Keynes)
Salary: Competitive + Company Vehicle + Annual Bonus + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction contractor based in Northampton. With over 50 years of successful trading, this regional construction company operates across Northampton, Aylesbury, Luton, and Milton Keynes, delivering projects in key sectors such as Education, Accommodation, Leisure, and Manufacturing. The business is known for its high standards in construction and consistent project success.
Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction from start to finish. Key duties include:
* Leading the successful delivery of various construction projects.
* Providing input during the pre-construction and design phases to meet client requirements and project timelines.
* Supporting site delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
* Creating and managing programmes of work to meet financial and contractual goals.
* Demonstrating solid contract knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms in construction.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager with a proactive attitude and excellent general knowledge of construction. You should have:
* Experience managing construction projects valued up to £10m.
* A professional approach to leadership and a proven record of project delivery.
* Essential qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
