We have picked up alot of work within the Civils & Rail Team and urgently need a Resourcer/Delivery Consultant

The Role.

As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, you will be..

• Generating leads, sourcing great candidates and building your network.

• Engaging with clients

• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies

• Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs

• Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations

• Managing payroll and compliance

• Rail compliance and fatigue management

• Booking D&As, medicals and Training

• Rsising Purchase Orders

About You.

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not essential.

• Resilient with strong multitasking abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and proficient in computer skills.

• A positive attitude and a team player.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Focused, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
