We have a very multicultural team here at GIMO with employees specialising in all aspects of Marketing, Affiliation Marketing, Development, Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development and Customer Service.


Job Specification:

  • with customers through email, online chat, telephone, and other channels that are available.
  • promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries.
  • products inside and out so that they can answer questions.
  • and resolving customer complaints. Assess customer requirements and aim to resolve queries first time whenever possible.
  • and coordinating with back offices when necessary.
  • a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • all procedures for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Reaching SLAs that are in place.

Shift pattern, including weekends.



Person Specification:

  • Danish native speaker
  • Previous customer support experience for at least 2 years
  • Computer literate and able to multitask.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work to targets, be self-motivated, focused and assertive.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of RG/AML policies desirable but not necessary.
