Recruitment Coordinator

Are you a Recruitment Co-ordinator who lives close enough to Waltham Cross to get into the office 5 days per week and interested in a 12 month ftc?

Our client has a blue and white collar workforce and you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates for operational roles across the Group as well as any Head Office vacancies that may arise. You must be able to understand the resourcing requirements and deliver appropriately.

• Liaising with the Management team to understand where the recruitment gaps are.
• Advertise roles both internally and externally
• Conduct recruitment interviews
• Manage a range of vacancies
• Screen applications, sift cv's and conduct telephone screening
• Managing the full candidate experience
• Convey offers
• Support and drive new and existing recruitment strategies

What you will need:-

• Previous experience of recruiting within Warehouse/Transport industries
• Demonstrate track record of success within an agency or in-house position
• Ability to source top talent
• Communicate effectively
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent time keeping and strong attention to detail.
