Our client is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Consultant with a specialism in Finance & Operations. This role requires an expert in Microsoft Dynamics technologies to build and maintain a new implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F+O) and Human Resources (HR). The launch of Dynamics 365 for Finance, Operations and HR is accompanied by a suite of reports allowing Finance, Procurement and HR staff to carry out key operational tasks. We require a Dynamics Consultant who has the ability to engage with business stakeholders, support Finance & Operational teams communicate with Technical teams.
The working arrangement is 'fully remote' but may require a day on client site every month. The role also has been determined as outside IR35.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a Functional Consultant role, with a focus on previous projects in Central Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O) and HR.
- Experience in end-to-end D365 ERP Implementation.
- Technical expertise of software implementation and project life cycles and methodologies.
- Track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- You have experience working closely with Finance and HR departments and have some knowledge of the Retail/Supply Chain/Distribution context.
