Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, providing training and support to maintain excellence in service. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Coordinate laundry and inventory management for linens and cleaning supplies. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or lodge setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping.
