Key Skills: •Strong Business Systems Analysis abilities in both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. •Experienced in Business cases development, requirements mapping, traceability in software development and integration •Gathering requirements through variety of elicitation techniques, analyzing, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, functional documentation, process flow diagrams (UML), UI designs, requirement sign-off, walk-through for the development and quality assurance teams, unit testing, demo sessions, test data preparation, and driving user acceptance testing (UAT/ BAT). •Excellent MS Office abilities, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project, Outlook, SAP, SQL, JIRA, Confluence and Tableau •Expertise in creating and managing Change Requests Expertise in the documentation of requirements and solutions Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
