So, if you're looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match Your role Serve as the first point of contact for current and former associates of RONA Canada for all human resources issues related to navigation in the HR portal, various HR systems, policies or procedures in human resources. Use a case management tool to log and administer requests, and assist other support centre associates to open, list, process or close cases in the tool. Analyze and enter data into the various HR systems for all transactions related to the employment cycle of an associate (hiring, change, end of employment) for all RONA Canada banners across several HR systems. Adapt to the needs and requests of the associate according to his status, his language, his banner, his legal entity, his region and his role. Coaching with Administrative Support Associates and managers in HR procedures, HR systems and conditions of employment according to the banner/region. Being at the heart of the action, know how to redirect requests through our HR function as well as all functions at RONA Canada. Complete assigned requests on time, with quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. Contribute to the improvement of the processes in place to increase the quality of the service provided Collaborate with different departments and teams on special projects according to business priorities. Be an important ally for the center of expertise during projects (e.g. annual survey, performance evaluation, annual increase process, various recruitment projects, various continuous improvement projects) The qualifications we are looking for Experience in human resources and/or customer service Ability to structure his work by considering the workload and deadlines; Outstanding customer service; Attention to details and rigor; Excellent communication skills both oral and written Proficient in MS Office suite.
