Job Title: BA with FRM Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team having experience with FRM and should have banking experience in Risk Tech area The Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed technical solutions. Work closely with software developers, architects, and other technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and technical design documents. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, discuss technical solutions, and gather feedback. Requirements: You are: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical projects. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Experience with FRM. Proficiency in Risk Tech area. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. It would be great if you also had: Banking/ Financial experience. Risk Tech experience.
