Senior Email Marketing Executive

Warrington (On-site)

Up to £30,000


We are working with an exciting retail e-commerce business who are looking to add an Email Marketing Executive to their growing Marketing team. As an Email Marketing Executive, you wwill develop and grow the CRM channel: ultimately leading them to be recognised as a centre of excellence in the sector.


This is a role that offers the right person the chance to develop their craft skill of email, but also deploy their creative skills and really own this vital customer communication channel.


The role:

  • Oversee the CRM programs, including the creation and execution of their strategic roadmap.
  • Develop and implement programs based on customer behavior, lifecycle, and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to boost daily sales, with a strong emphasis on automation and triggered emails for rapid scaling.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to analyze purchasing patterns and create programs that encourage repeat purchases, primarily through email campaigns but also leveraging paid social custom audiences.
  • Manage operational and customer satisfaction email communications, ensuring an exceptional brand experience and consistent customer engagement across all touchpoints.


The person:

  • Essential experience in B2C eCommerce.
  • Technical proficiency required: Proven skills in developing eCommerce and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript.
  • Strong writing and communication skills: Effective content creation relies on clear and engaging communication, whether through text, visuals, or audio, to effectively convey our message.
