Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Based in the North of Cambridge as a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the storage and distribution of components, products and raw materials. This role is pivotal within this biotech company, ensuring all standards and deadlines are met on time.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:
* To oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of products and materials.
* Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
* Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse operations to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage a warehouse team
* Supervise daily activities of the warehouse
* Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure the timely availability of materials for production.
* Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a warehouse emergency or disruption
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:
* Significant experience of working in a GxP environment in a warehouse and or logistical role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, organised, efficient and motivated self starter
* Experience of line management
* Commercially astute, pragmatic style
* Excellent attention to detail
