Youll be working with:
- M365
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Windows Operating Systems
- Windows Server
- General Networking
- Logging and managing help desk requests
- Providing help desk support via phone, email or remotely
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Diagnosing and resolving complex business issues in an MS environment
- Troubleshooting anything from password resets, server checks, AD queries to creating new users and managing 365 tenants etc.)
- Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with all stakeholders (Customers, suppliers etc.)
- Analysing, repairing and building new or faulty IT equipment
- Comfortable under pressure, ideally from a managed services and customer service background.
- An excellent communicator
- Passionate about technology and continual development
