Job title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Covering x3 Sites Across Cheltenham

Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying between £38,000 - £40,500 Per annum

Requirements:

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations Level 3
• 18th / 17th Edition
• Building services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong engineer to cover X 3 sites in Cheltenham and 1 site in Evesham. You will be working on a flagship retail contract so past experience within a similar environment is desired. This role comes with a 1 in 10 callout , £130 standby.

Responsibilities:

• PPMs & reactive maintenance
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarm testing
• Working on AHUs & FCUs
• Plant room checks
• BMS systems
• General building services
