Were excited to recruit for this role of Solution Architect at Golding where you will elevate our technological capabilities, helping to implement and improve our customer journeys, and ensuring our systems are aligned with Golding Homes strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

This role is crucial for the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. A key focus of this role will be to lead our transition to a Microsoft Power Platform environment, leveraging tools such as PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.


The Solution Architect will be responsible for understanding customer and business needs, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of these solutions into our existing infrastructure.


The Solution Architect will work closely and collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders across Golding Homes to ensure that technology initiatives support and enhance strategic objectives.

More about you. What can you bring?

We are looking for an individual with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


With proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, you will have a strong background in designing and implementing IT solutions.


You will have strong technical expertise in a wide range of technologies, including cloud computing, databases, and application development along with extensive knowledge of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.


Youll also have experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate


A strategic thinker, you will have excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels


Additional information


Attendance at our office in Maidstone is required along with flexibility to work outside normal office hours in response to critical incidents or planned maintenance activities.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £63,000.
