Job Description

This Legal 500 law firm in Central London, which is well known for its commercial property work is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to be a part of its highly regarded team.

About the role:


  • You will be part of a team dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, property finance and the property aspects of corporate transactions
  • Working closely with an array of prestigious clients across various sectors such as office, leisure, high-end retail, and hospitality

About you:


  • Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ PQE
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload
  • Proficient in landlord and tenant work, including negotiating new leases, assignments, renewals, alterations, and variations
  • Sound knowledge of commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Previous experience at a City or West End firm or a leading regional practice preferred
  • Property finance experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Confident in marketing and business development with proven track record in winning clients and building strong relationships
