Performance Coach

Stafforce have an exciting opportunity for 2 Performance Coaches in the southeast London for a pharmaceutical company.

Your role will be to support the Warehouse Operatives in their Performance. We are looking for someone who is positive and good at dealing with a wide range of people and tailoring their support to their individual needs.

You will be a point of contact for the Managers and work alongside them closely to ensure a smooth operation.

You will be fully trained and supported when starting out and continuing in your time with us.

Pay: Starting rate of £ 11.94- £12.44

Shifts:

Monday to Friday:

00:00- 08:00

Saturday to Sunday:

09:00-17:00

What you will be doing:

• You will be overseeing staff for performance
• You will be responsible for staff check in and out
• You are responsible for the packing of the products
• Scanning out orders and preparing them for pickup
• Unloading and unboxing pharmacy suppliers
• Keeping the area clean and tidy following health and safety
