Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with outstanding service and deep product knowledge, helping them find the perfect fit for their home.
• Grow and nurture both new and existing customer relationships, ensuring they keep coming back.
• Hit sales targets by spotting opportunities and seizing them with confidence.
• Work closely with the sales team to smash sales goals and ensure customers are delighted every step of the way.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest products, trends, and designs to offer expert advice.
• Accurately manage customer information and sales data.

About You:

• Proven sales success in furniture is preferred but not essential. If you've got a track record in any big-ticket sales – think furniture, cars, flooring, kitchens, or electronics – we want to hear from you!
• A natural communicator who builds rapport effortlessly.
• Motivated, with a drive to exceed targets and earn big!
• A team player who thrives in a busy sales environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage customer info seamlessly.
• Knowledge of home furniture and décor is a plus, but a passion for delivering great customer service is a must!
