Professional Development Lead

Salary from £42,429 to £50,656 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,295 pa inclusive of London allowance.

This is a part time post for 21 hours/3 days per week.

The TRIUM Global Executive MBA program is run jointly by three of the world’s leading universities: London School of Economics & Political Science, New York University Stern School of Business and HEC Paris Business School.

TRIUM is seeking to recruit a part time Professional Development Lead to take forward an exciting new phase in its growth. This part time post will work at LSE as part of the TRIUM Global Executive MBA’s Student and Alumni Experience team to deliver TRIUM’s Professional Development Strategy.

Under the direction of the Director of Student and Alumni Experience, the post holder will be responsible for leading the delivery of a suite of professional development activities that support student outcomes. They will work with TRIUM’s contracted partners to ensure all activities are consistently delivery value for both students and TRIUM. A key part of the role will be managing the Executive Coaching Service. The post holder will be responsible for identifying relevant activities that respond to industry demands. Focusing on continuous improvement, the post holder will play a pivotal role in reviewing professional development partners and service providers to ensure maximum return on investment.

The Professional Development Lead should have excellent relationship management skills to effectively support students to meet their professional development goals. Previous experience in career services, professional development, coaching, events, or a related field, preferably in a higher education or executive education setting is essential.
