The South Lakes Federation is a high performing partnership of secondary schools, Kendal College and the University of Cumbria. Through pooling our collective expertise and resources we are better able to meet the needs of all young people across the area.

The Executive Officer role will involve management and leadership of the federation, strategic leadership of the inclusion strand, and supporting our school improvement work.

We seek a colleague who has:

. at least 5 years' leadership experience in a secondary school

. led and managed successful school improvement initiatives

. experience of budget management and planning

. strong interpersonal and communication skills

. a commitment to inclusivity, student welfare and guidance.
