Mid-Level Autocad Technician

Job Title: Mid-Level AutoCAD Technician – Food & Beverage Sector

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Work arrangement: 4D in office, 1D WFH

Our client, located in the picturesque countryside of Hertfordshire, is seeking a highly detail-oriented technical designer with experienced in the F&B sector.

They specialise in design and build (D&B) projects within the commercial, food & beverage (F&B), and retail sectors, they handle everything from concept development to project completion. In addition to their impressive client portfolio, the office offers a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the rest of the team.
• Collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase
• Developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors
• Creating detailed project drawing packs
• Ensuring designs comply with building control regulations
• Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementation
• Maintaining standards on-site
• Attending sub-contractor and client site meetings when required
• Staying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clients

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environment.
• Relevant degree or qualifications.
• Professional experience in the Food and Beverage sector.
• Remote location - Car is required.
