As a Campaign Operations Director, you will be a key player at one of the UK’s most vibrant and fast-growing media agencies. You’ll support the team in achieving operational excellence and contribute to a creative and impactful organization that prioritizes your personal and professional growth. ✨

What will this role include?

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure best service quality and drive continuous improvements.
• Generate innovative ideas to optimize campaign operations.
• Oversee and report on activities carried out by the operations team.
• Identify and address campaign challenges proactively.
• Manage campaign tracking, budget checks, production, and digital verification to guarantee high-quality outputs.
• Handle reporting, inventory management, and coordination with planning teams and external partners.
• Recruit, train, and mentor junior team members.
• Foster strong relationships with external suppliers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Out-of-Home operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good grasp of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong people management skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
