The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an autonomous role, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of financial management in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and present financial reports and statements to senior management.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Implement financial controls and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with department heads to set financial goals and monitor performance.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.
