Role Overview:

As a Loyalty Team Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer retention. This position involves responding to contract termination requests while proactively engaging with customers to identify their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your resilience will be key in delivering outstanding service and collaborating with various departments to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer contract termination requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Proactively identify and engage with customers who may require assistance to enhance their experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to pinpoint areas for service enhancement and improve customer loyalty.
• Analyze customer feedback and interactions to support retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and outcomes.
