Commercial Sales Managers are responsible for managing the sales team and processes to all direct accounts in the allocated territory. The role will lead the regional strategy to achieve sales goals and budgets. Responsible for sales, marketing and growth of JM's FCC additives business.

Your responsibilities:
  • Delivering sales, gross margin, and customer contribution for the sales territory
  • Developing strategies to maximize value for JM
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders which create value and build transformational long-term partnerships
  • Providing technical and product advice to customers regarding FCC technology and additives which will drive their project and investment plans, improve efficiency and performance of their production assets and processes, and bring value to JM and customers
  • Continually seeking and developing opportunities for the introduction of new products and services to refiners' operation and process teams
  • Coordinating with Additives Technical Service to ensure superior product performance for customers
  • Sharing customer and market insights with relevant Catalyst Technologies teams to better understand market requirements and improve JM offering

Requirements for the role:
  • Degree in a scientific/technical or business field or significant experience
  • Background in Petrochemicals and FCC Operation with knowledge of refinery operations
  • Proven sales and technical sales experience including complex negotiations
  • Detailed understanding of technical product features of the Additives portfolio
