Do you have experience providing HR support to line managers and employees, responding to queries and signposting to advice? Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement to progress HR processes and procedures? Were seeking a HR Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced and varied environment to work with managers and employees across a range of operational teams within our Container division.
In this role you will respond promptly to all HR related queries, manage the absence management process as well as coordinating and support line managers with investigations, disciplinaries and grievances as well as other ER activities.
In this role you will work closely with operational managers to understand their challenges and priorities and provide advice and guidance in line with HR policies and procedures to support them, escalating where appropriate to the Advisor or Business Partner. You will take ownership of the absence management process as well as coordinating and support line managers with investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
You will proactively support managers to manage sickness absence, ill health capability issues and promoting health and wellbeing within their teams. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR strategies and projects supporting our People Plan and ED&I activity.
