Electrical Supervisor (Industrial / Commercial)
£38,000 - £45,000 + Training + Regional Travel + Progression + Bonus + Personal Use Van + 33 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits

Are you an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar seeking to advance your career within a dynamic energy solutions provider that are moving from strength-to-strength and who offers extensive training and the chance to lead your own team, with potential opportunities for directorship?
For over 11 years, this family-run business has evolved into an industry leader in sustainable energy. With a workforce of over 60 employees and six sites across the UK, they are at the forefront of the energy sector, specializing in solar solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an electrically skilled engineer to become the expert across their sites and manage a team of engineers.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations by working both on-site and in the office. Your responsibilities will include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will also liaise with multiple contractors and internal departments to resolve issues and conduct regular inspections to maintain project standards. The role requires hands-on work in addition to supervisory duties.
This position is ideal for an Electrically skilled Site Supervisor or similar eager to move into a supervisory role within a growing energy solutions provider. * Mon - Fri, Days Based

* 17th / 18th edition
* Commutable to site locations
