Job Description

As we enter a period of rapid growth, Prestige Staffing is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with great attention to detail to join our prestigious team in an Administration Support role.
As an Administration Support specialist at Prestige Staffing, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who has an administration background, strong time management skills, enjoys multitasking, is confident with computers and can easily adapt to different systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Reception duties
  • Welcoming Visitors
  • Assisting candidates and clients telephonically
  • Transferring calls, taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the appropriate staff member
  • Printing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Maintaining candidate database
  • Monitor and maintain administrating email inbox
  • Maintain compliance of new and existing candidates and apprentices
  • Scheduling of key tasks, including apprentice anniversaries and performance reviews
  • Conducting pre-employment checks, including police checks, work rights checks and reference checks
  • Complete and process relevant employment documents prior to new employees commencing placement
  • Daily submission management
  • Ensuring employee licenses, tickets, competency checks and /or qualifications do not lapse during their assignment.
  • Assist Payroll with any payroll tasks if required
About You:
We are looking for a driven professional who values working as part of a team and someone who can bring a positive attitude. You will be a real people person with a strong attention to detail and a true conversationalist.
You will have an administration background, strong IT and communication skills, and previous industry experience will be looked upon favourably.
